Landing Pages
What I Did
I build responsive landing pages from the ground up, primarily using Webflow, Replo, and Wordpress. This encompasses layout design, graphic design, and persuasive copywriting. Each page is made while keeping the clients' audiences and projects' goals in mind.
How I Approached It
I begin each project with thorough research to gain a deep understanding of the brand, product, and target audience for each client. Before diving into the design, I invest time in gathering the clients' brand colors, logos, icons, and take note of their current website design to maintain consistency.

What I Did
- Build client home page, landing page, thank you page

- Create Meta ads and setup campaigns for clients to bring traffic to the landing page
- I have set up 75 local newsletters and actively manage 30, each for different cities.
- I train and manage 3 virtual assistants
- Keep metrics and financials updated
How I Approached It
Each project involved writing newsletters, building landing pages for lead magnets created by each client.
I also manage a team of three virtual assistants who put the content together to post twice per week from each of the 30 local newsletters. I then review and schedule each newsletter.

What I Did
I setup partner networks for clients in Sparkloop.co so when someone signs up to their newsletter, they get a pop-up recommending other newsletter. The client will get commissions for every successful sign-up they recommend. For many, this is enough to cover ad costs and then some.
How I Approached It
I began by understanding the client's target audience to ensure relevant newsletter recommendations. I then designed non-intrusive pop-ups that would seamlessly integrate with the opt-in form on their landing page.

I setup welcome flow email sequences and newsletter content in Beehiiv.com and ConvertKit.com.
How I Approached It
I customize each email to revolve around the clients' lead magnet. Each email was written with the intention of providing a good amount of value and advice for the client's audience so they stay subscribed and so the client can build rapport with the audience.

What I Did
- Designed B2B and B2C ads in both video and image formats tailored for Facebook's platform specifications.
- Developed image ads promoting newsletters, emphasizing their value propositions.
- Monitored campaigns and make new creatives to test against the best performing ad.
How I Approached It
- Conducted market research to understand unique needs and preferences for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Leveraged design best practices and Facebook's ad guidelines to create compelling visuals.

Instantly.ai/Warming Up Cold Email Domains
What I Did
I setup and scaled my clients outreach campaigns using Instantly.ai.
How I Approached It
- Create emails for client domains in Godaddy
- Setup DKIM, DMARC, and SPF in each domain's DNS records.
- Enable SMTP and redirect each domain
- Add each email to Instantly.ai and start warming them up.
- Adjusted sending patterns based on feedback and bounce rates.
