How I Approached It
Each project involved writing newsletters, building landing pages for lead magnets created by each client.
I also manage a team of three virtual assistants who put the content together to post twice per week from each of the 30 local newsletters. I then review and schedule each newsletter.

I setup partner networks for clients in Sparkloop.co so when someone signs up to their newsletter, they get a pop-up recommending other newsletter. The client will get commissions for every successful sign-up they recommend. For many, this is enough to cover ad costs and then some.

I began by understanding the client's target audience to ensure relevant newsletter recommendations. I then designed non-intrusive pop-ups that would seamlessly integrate with the opt-in form on their landing page.
